Position: Resident Concierge at Sunrise Senior Living
Take on the role of Resident Concierge at Sunrise Senior Living and make a lasting impression! Provide exemplary service to residents, families, and visitors in a compassionate environment.

As a critical part of the community, you will greet visitors and manage various administrative duties. Responsibilities include answering phone inquiries, assisting prospective families, and ensuring a safe front desk experience. You will manage appointments and marketing materials while supporting the Sales team in fostering strong community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests and residents with a warm welcome

• Answer and route calls while taking precise messages

• Support community overviews and sales inquiries

• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and Bistro

• Process meal tickets and coordinate administrative tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

• Strong communication and customer service orientation

• Well-organized and adept at time management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
