Adecco is currently hiring a Customer Service Order Management Specialist for our client in Mississauga, ON . This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys managing customer relationships, coordinating orders, and working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service.
This is a highly collaborative and customer-facing role where you'll manage orders from receipt through fulfillment while serving as a key liaison between customers, Sales, Production, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Pay Rate: $30.29/hour
  • Location: Mississauga, ON
  • Shift: Monday to Friday | Hybrid (Monday to Thursday in office, Friday remote)

Responsibilities:
Customer Account Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and professional service
  • Manage customer accounts with unique requirements to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Provide product information, technical documentation, and support materials as required
Order Management
  • Receive, process, and manage customer orders through SAP, iBuy, and related systems
  • Coordinate order fulfillment from entry through delivery
  • Monitor open orders and ensure timely completion and invoicing
  • Prepare and maintain accurate order and shipping documentation
  • Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery communications
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Production, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer requirements
  • Communicate order status, inventory availability, and delivery timelines
  • Support the resolution of supply chain, order, and delivery challenges
Problem Resolution
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, returns, billing concerns, and delivery issues
  • Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Escalate issues where required while maintaining excellent customer service
Process Improvement & Reporting
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer service operations
  • Complete month-end reporting and administrative activities
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and training requirements
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members when required
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role
  • Experience with end-to-end order management is strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is considered an asset
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, iBuy, or similar ERP/CRM systems is preferred
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
