As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will coordinate client care and schedules, aligning needs with caregiver qualifications under the guidance of clinical leaders.
Your role will emphasize organization and communication, enhancing collaboration with staff and delivering transparency to clients. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address client care requests alongside clinical teams
• Create tailored care team schedules for clients
• Maintain clear communication of schedules to all parties
• Manage accurate data entry while ensuring confidentiality
• Assist with new Field employee onboarding and training
Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma required; relevant programs preferred
• Minimum two years’ experience in customer service
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in data entry and scheduling software
• English and French fluency preferred in client regions
