Position: Customer Service Expert at GoodLife Fitness
Join Good Life Fitness as a Customer Service Representative (Motivator). Be the first point of contact and help members thrive in their fitness goals while ensuring a positive club environment.

As a crucial member of our team, you'll engage with members and potential members, providing them with the best customer experience. You'll manage front desk operations, assist with inquiries, and maintain a clean, welcoming space. Additionally, you will promote club services and support members directly on the gym floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in members for workouts

• Answer incoming calls and book appointments

• Assist with equipment usage queries on the floor

• Conduct Fit-Fix Starter sessions for newcomers

• Keep the club environment clean and inviting

Requirements:

• CPR-A & AED Certification necessary

• Smart Tan certification within 3 months

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of the fitness sector is beneficial

• Previous customer service experience preferred
