This position focuses on assisting clients by addressing inquiries, guiding them through product use, and helping them interpret bone scan results. Your administrative skills will also be crucial in managing customer accounts and interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively listen and respond to customer inquiries

• Guide clients through confusion about products and services

• Process customer orders and manage returns promptly

• Assist in explaining DEXA scan results to customers

• Document all customer interactions systematically
