• Manage and resolve member concerns effectively

• Provide exceptional service in the cafe and pro-shop

• Complete cleaning duties safely and promptly

• Perform all sales transactions accurately

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications required

• Strong knowledge of customer service principles

• Flexible availability to meet club needs
