As a Customer Service Specialist, you will help customers navigate U-Haul’s services and products.
Your role includes using U-Scan technology to handle rentals effectively, maintaining the equipment, and educating customers. U-Haul offers pathways for career advancement and physical training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with U-Haul products and services
• Manage inventory and rentals efficiently
• Move trucks and trailers as needed
• Inspect and clean rental equipment
• Help prepare rental invoices at the counter
Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required
• Willingness to learn and gain certifications
• Strong interpersonal skills in a customer-facing role
