You'll manage the Customer Service email inbox, track shipments, and provide weekly backorder reports. Collaboration with team members and effective communication will be crucial in solving issues and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Conduct follow-ups on open tickets bi-weekly

• Handle and resolve short shipment claims

• Utilize the GOMS ticket system for ticket management

• Process billing adjustments through the FAN system

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in customer service or a related role

• Bilingual communication skills in English and French

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in SAP and data entry

• Ability to analyze and resolve conflicts efficiently
