Position: Vivanta Services Representative at Sobeys
Support Sobeys’ Vivanta team as a Vivanta Services Representative, providing vital bilingual service and administrative expertise. This full-time position contributes significantly to client satisfaction.

As a key member of the Vivanta team, you will work under the Manager of Vivanta Services to provide essential client and pharmacy support. The role involves onboarding clients, meticulous data management, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. A strong focus on customer experience and a high degree of accuracy are imperative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer bilingual customer support and administrative assistance

• Onboard clients telephonically to Vivanta programs

• Log and analyze data for effective program management

• Ensure all client information remains confidential

• Complete administrative tasks related to benefits management

Requirements:

• Post secondary education or relevant experience

• Experience in office administration preferred

• Bilingual fluency in English and French

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
