Bilingual Automotive Customer Service Representative

Support Nissan customers and dealers in Mississauga through bilingual service, escalated issue resolution, and a hybrid schedule with four onsite days.

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will address automotive finance concerns across departments. The work requires English and French fluency, effective communication, and creative problem-solving. You will support representatives, dealer staff, internal teams, and external vendors while following applicable laws and departmental standards.

• Resolve escalated customer and dealer issues across departments
• Assist representatives with customer and dealer concerns
• Conduct ongoing policy and procedure training sessions
• Verify representative work for detail and accuracy
• Monitor correspondence, workflow, and service quality

• High school diploma
• One to three years of automotive finance customer service experience
• Bilingual English and French communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organization, time management, and multitasking skills
