Deliver welcoming airport service for West Jet guests while using communication skills and computer proficiency in a part-time schedule averaging 20-30 hours weekly.

West Jet Customer Service Agents serve as first in-person contacts and brand ambassadors for guests traveling through airports. The work includes check-in, kiosk support, boarding, deplaning, connections, arrivals, and departures. Agents help create safe, positive experiences while managing itinerary changes and disrupted flights.

• Provide safe, positive airport experiences for traveling guests
• Process service fees, reservations, and ticket issuance
• Support self-serve kiosks and guests with mobility issues
• Assist with boarding, deplaning, arrivals, and departures
• Manage itinerary changes, disrupted flights, and baggage concerns

• Minimum two years of customer-facing experience
• Proven punctuality, reliability, and safe on-time performance
• Computer proficiency with recent Windows-based software experience
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible availability for shift work in a 24/7 operation
