Client Account Collections Specialist

The Client Account Specialist (Collections) contacts customers about overdue accounts and discusses payment options. You will build relationships, research customer information, maintain account histories, and follow recovery procedures. The role suits a goal-oriented professional with customer service, sales, client support, or call centre experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and payment options
Follow up on balances and pursue successful recovery
Research information and perform basic skip tracing
Maintain accurate notes in the collections system
Review accounts and prepare further-action documentation
Requirements:
Minimum two years’ relevant customer-facing experience
High school diploma required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to learn new software and systems
Apply customer communication, account research, and recovery skills while pursuing individual and team collection targets.
