Workplace Experience Coordinator Cushman Wakefield

Support productive workplaces with Cushman & Wakefield through employee service, space readiness, and polished communication across an onsite client account team.
The Workplace Experience Coordinator supports dedicated zones or buildings within the onsite account team. This role provides high touch assistance, welcomes employees and guests, and resolves workplace questions. It also maintains trusted relationships while helping employees and visitors understand equipment, processes, protocols, and space use.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tools, information, way finding, and support to employees
Welcome employees and guests with a positive first impression
Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and complete required follow-up
Assess work spaces, conference rooms, and offices for daily readiness
Submit work orders for repairs, maintenance, and furniture issues
Requirements:
Minimum two years of related work experience or college degree
Experience in real estate services, hospitality, retail, or customer service
Professional verbal and written communication with executive-level clients
Exceptional organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy
Microsoft Suite proficiency and comfort learning proprietary technology tools
