Less Host, you provide friendly interactions, explain memberships and amenities, and maintain club cleanliness. You also support automated access, membership processes, incident reporting, and daily communications. This position serves Fit4

Less members, associates, and prospective members while following established guidelines, processes, and procedures.

• Welcome members and guests warmly with greetings and thanks
• Explain memberships, amenities, automation, and club processes
• Promote black card amenities and memberships
• Complete cleanliness tasks and club inspections
• Report incidents, deficiencies, and customer service concerns

• High School diploma or progress toward completion
• One year teamwork or volunteer experience
• Verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A, and AED Certification
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
