Hybrid Customer Service Representative

Support healthcare customers at Solventum through order entry, inbound calls, and technical assistance in a hybrid Mississauga work model. Weekend work applies.

This Customer Service Representative role serves rental, sales, and owned business models through varied customer transactions. You will enter orders, communicate professionally, investigate complaints, and address complex inquiries. Collaboration spans Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Transportation, and internal customers.

• Answer incoming calls and gather information for customer orders
• Enter written and electronic orders across business models
• Resolve challenging inquiries using adapted techniques and methods
• Monitor emails and complete necessary administrative follow-up
• Investigate complaints before escalating matters to management

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma with two years, or equivalent experience
• Two years using ERP systems and business applications
• Strong order entry and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Legal authorization to work without employment visa sponsorship
