Support RBC clients in Mississauga through bilingual customer service, everyday banking assistance, and digital guidance at a retail branch. Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, or Tagalog fluency is required for this opportunity.
As a Client Advisor, you will welcome branch visitors, understand their needs, and resolve concerns at first contact. You will assist personal and business clients using RBC systems and digital platforms. The work emphasizes client discovery, advice-based solutions, and warm introductions to RBC Partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively greet and engage clients entering retail locations
- Listen actively and resolve concerns at first contact
- Fulfill everyday personal and business banking needs
- Provide simple advice, solutions, and service
- Educate clients on digital self-service options
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, or Tagalog
- Passion for exceptional client experiences
- Curiosity, emotional intelligence, and empathetic communication
- Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, and laptops
- Flexibility for branch hours and extended availability
