Motion is adding a Client Care Coordinator to its Mississauga team. You will deliver customer experiences for clients, loved ones, and healthcare practitioners. The position involves managing communications, client orders, databases, appointments, equipment logistics, and paperwork while collaborating with store, warehouse, Service Technician, and Sales Consultant teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome clients and visitors on-site
- Prioritize telephone and email communications
- Oversee client order administration with service and sales teams
- Update databases and schedule technician appointments
- Arrange equipment pickups, deliveries, and paperwork follow-up
- Office or customer-facing experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficiency and database comfort
- Flexible, empathetic, and compassionate communication
- Clean criminal background check and bondable status
