Lead Front End operations at Walmart in Mississauga West through customer service, associate guidance, and daily task coordination. Support salesfloor activities as required.
As a Front End Team Lead, you assist with department leadership and operational processes. You respond to problems, develop associates through teaching and training, and help ensure task completion. You also plan activities according to workload and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers politely and provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer issues and refer concerns appropriately
- Delegate coverage, coordinate breaks, and follow up operations
- Lead daily Team Huddles and communicate updates
- Develop associates through teaching, training, and feedback
- Be age 16 or older
- Follow safe work processes and emergency procedures
- Maintain clean, safe, hazard free work areas
- Complete GTA and Workday tasks
- Support performance management and growth conversations
