Financial Services Representative

Serve Mississauga customers at Lend Direct using customer service and consultative sales skills in an onsite Financial Service Representative role.

As a Financial Service Representative, you will guide new and existing customers through loan processes and financial products. You will build relationships, manage calls, support past-due account resolution, and follow regulatory guidelines. Hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring support skill development.

• Guide customers through loan processes with care
• Educate customers about financial products and services
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Manage inbound and proactive outbound customer calls
• Collaborate on past-due account solutions

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Genuine desire to help customers
• Confidence promoting products meeting customer needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service, sales, or consumer finance experience preferred
