Customer Support Operations Specialist

Deliver customer-focused support for Survalent through case monitoring, licensing coordination, and responsive phone and email service. Work full-time in a hybrid Mississauga position.

This Help Desk Agent supports customers and internal teams across daily Support Operations activities. You will identify request priorities, route cases appropriately, answer portal questions, and maintain accurate records. The work also includes Salesforce documentation, licensing administration, process improvement initiatives, and collaboration with cross-functional and international teams.

• Identify request nature and priority before routing cases
• Provide clear, timely, and helpful phone support
• Coordinate software licensing questions with internal teams
• Guide customers through portal access and navigation
• Participate in workflow improvement and special projects

• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and follow procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous customer service or help desk experience is an asset
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and CRM platforms
• Spanish language proficiency is considered an asset
