Support Lakeside customers through responsive relationship management, accurate order entry, and professional communication across every interaction.
This Order Management Coordinator role centers on customer service and dependable order support. You will accommodate preferences, maintain communication, process purchasing and expediting activities, and update business systems. The position also involves returns coordination and collaboration with sales, other Lakeside teams, vendors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Accommodate customer preferences throughout order management
- Enter orders and obtain required documentation
- Track product returns through completion
- Assist sales and support team functions
- Strong interest in exceptional customer service
- One to three years customer service or purchasing experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial work ethic
