Bilingual Order Management Specialist

Support accurate order processing and bilingual customer service at Smith+Nephew, working Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

As a Bilingual Order Management Specialist, you will support internal and external stakeholders through efficient order management and sales support. The position requires English and French fluency, SAP and Windows knowledge, and strong customer communication. You will process orders, returns, complaints, and billing requests while meeting company KPI targets.

• Process direct sales and consignment orders through email, phone, and EDI
• Handle returns, authorizations, loan billings, and product complaints
• Resolve invoice disputes within five business days
• Answer inquiries about tracking, backorders, and order status
• Maintain customer and sales representative master data

• High School degree
• Minimum five years of Order Management and Customer Service experience
• Fluent written and oral English and French communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows and SAP
• Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
