Sterilization Technician

We are seeking a Sterilization Technician for a 12-month maternity leave coverage starting in October or November 2026. Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing dental instruments. This position requires a dedication to infection prevention and control procedures, supporting the clinical team with theatre turnover, and following all IPAC protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sterilize dental instruments and equipment

• Maintain sterilization areas for infection prevention

• Support clinical team with sterilization processes

• Follow established IPAC and office procedures

Requirements:

• Must have IPAC certification

• WHMIS certification is required

• Dental assisting experience is a plus

• Open to new graduates with Sterilization Technician training

• Positive, collaborative team player sought
