Dental administration experience is valued but not required training available

• Greet patients and create a welcoming first impression
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage recalls
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text
• Maintain patient confidentiality and support daily front desk operations

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable with computers
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Dental administration experience is valued but not required training available
