Pebl is on the lookout for a Lead Product Designer with 7+ years of experience in product design. In this impactful role, you will oversee the architecture and evolution of our design system, working closely with engineering and product teams. Your contribution drives efficiency, consistency, and quality across our web and mobile interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own design system architecture and documentation

• Design and ship production-ready components

• Collaborate closely with frontend engineering on implementation

• Create clear and actionable usage guidelines

• Conduct audits to enhance component coverage

Requirements:

• 7+ years in product design; 3+ years on design systems

• Outstanding portfolio showcasing systems design and impact

• Expert-level Figma skills and strong visual design taste

• Proficient in design-to-code workflows, including Git Hub

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
