BIM Modeler & Drafter

Pre Con is seeking a dedicated BIM Modeler & Drafter to join its Engineering Department. You will develop precast concrete knowledge while creating drawings and bill of material. Attention to detail is essential as you will analyze diverse drawings and check the accuracy of others' work before fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer orders and specifications

• Prepare detailed drawings using 3D Tekla Software

• Conduct quantity take-off and prepare bills of material

• Ensure clarity in manufacturing shop drawings

• Check accuracy of work from other modelers

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant technology

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam

• Proficiency in 3D BIM and AutoCAD

• Ability to read construction drawings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
