Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to define experience strategy

• Lead end-to-end design from opportunity framing to execution

• Shape long-term vision through collaborative storytelling and thinking

• Raise quality standards for cohesive and scalable experiences

• Mentor and elevate fellow designers through constructive feedback

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Product Design experience

• Ability to design scalable experiences across multiple segments

• Proven experience leading cross-team initiatives

• Strong UX mastery in interaction design and usability

• Experience in designing AI-powered customer interactions
