Mattamy Homes Architectural Coordinator Position

Shape the future of homebuilding as an Architectural Coordinator with Mattamy Homes in a hybrid framework in Mississauga. Collaborate with various teams to ensure project excellence and compliance.

In this full-time role, you will assist the Architecture Department by coordinating architectural deliverables while working closely with the Architectural Project Manager, external architects, and engineers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring alignment with project specifications, timely deliverables, and adherence to Mattamy standards and the Ontario Building Code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate architectural deliverables for communities

• Engage with architects on approvals and revisions

• Review working drawings for compliance and constructability

• Track issues and foster communication between teams

• Support design development and architectural controls

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architectural Technology or similar

• 2–4 years of residential development experience

• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code requirements

• Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit

• Strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities
