Facility Design Manager

Position: Facility Design Manager at Walmart
Drive innovative store designs as the Facility Design Manager for Walmart in Mississauga, Ontario. Oversee project execution, ensure compliance with design standards, and manage stakeholder relationships.

As a Facility Design Manager, you'll be accountable for developing and coordinating store designs s role requires expertise in architectural design and project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop remodel templates and digital store maps

• Oversee project execution and stakeholder communication

• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or relevant experience

• 5+ years in the building design/construction field

• Proficient in Revit and construction management programs

• Knowledge of building codes and zoning bylaws

• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional manner
