The opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Design Solutions Studio, we are hiring a Senior Workplace Design Specialist to join our growing team in Mississauga. You will translate workplace requirements into accurate furniture layouts, detailed specifications, presentation drawings, and installation packages. Working closely with Workplace Consultants, Project Managers, Account Support Coordinators, and clients, you will support successful project delivery through high-quality drawings, technical documentation, and responsive collaboration.
As a Senior Workplace Design Specialist, you will independently manage multiple complex projects, including large-scale environments with 200 or more workstations.
This is an existing full-time vacancy requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site at our Mississauga office. During the onboarding period, you will be expected to work in the office five days per week for approximately three months.

You are a workplace design professional who brings ideas to life through thoughtful space planning, precise technical drawings, and detailed furniture specifications. With experience in commercial interiors, contract furniture, workplace design, or a furniture dealership, you know how to turn client requirements into practical solutions that move from concept to execution.
You are ready to take ownership of complex projects, apply advanced Haworth product and systems knowledge, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
