Student Proposal Coordinator

What You’ll Be Working On

Our internships and Co-ops are designed to provide you with a business relevant project that will allow you to independently manage your own area of responsibility, while receiving support from an assigned Supervisor and Technical Mentor. We’ll help you discover your strengths and development areas in a challenging, fun, and supportive work environment.

Projects are scoped in alignment with your term length and typically focus on a current construction project.

We are seeking a student to join us for a 4-8 month co-op position starting in May 2026
. This position will be based out of Mississauga head office 5 days a week
this is not a remote or partially-remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage proposal-related files for easy retrieval and reference

  • Work closely with subject matter experts to incorporate technical details into proposals

  • Communicate effectively with team members for smooth collaboration during proposal development

  • Conduct thorough proofreading and editing for error-free proposals

  • Assist in developing templates and standard content to streamline future proposal processes

  • Collaborate with various internal departments for proposal information gathering

  • Assist in creating and formatting proposal documents to meet organizational standards

  • Coordinate the review process, ensuring timely stakeholder feedback

  • Conduct market research for relevant proposal content.

  • Analyze client requirements, tailoring proposals to meet specific needs

  • Stay informed about industry trends for enhanced proposal competitiveness

  • Maintain a comprehensive, accurate database of proposal content

    Who We Need on Our Team

  • You are currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, or Design related program

  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills

  • You will complete at least one more semester of education following your internship and possess a GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Ability to lead and operate within an environment where change happens frequently

  • Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships
