Position: Experienced Early Childhood Educator Role
Simply Smart Child Care Centre seeks an Experienced Early Childhood Educator for their Oakville toddler classroom. This full-time position offers $23 to $25 per hour for your expertise in a play-based environment.

As an educator, you will run a dynamic toddler classroom, engaging children through thoughtfully planned activities in essential learning areas.

Your role includes fostering independence while collaborating with parents and staff to create a supportive environment for children’s growth. Ongoing professional development will be part of your journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a prepared classroom environment with appropriate materials

• Plan and implement individual and group activities

• Provide instruction in various developmental areas

• Encourage independence and facilitate group work

• Ensure classroom cleanliness and adhere to health standards

Requirements:

• Registered Early Childhood Educator certification

• Minimum 2 years in a childcare setting

• Current First Aid CPR C+ certification

• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check and updates on immunizations

• Flexible schedule for shifts from 7:30am to 6:00pm
