Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized learning plans

• Create and implement developmental programs

• Lead engaging storytelling and creative sessions

• Supervise other educators and volunteers

• Communicate effectively with parents about progress

Requirements:

• Certified through a Registered Apprenticeship in early childhood education

• 1-2 years relevant childcare experience

• Familiarity with licensing regulations is essential

• Ability to implement behavior guidelines

• Must hold valid work authorization in Canada
