Position: Math Leadership Role in Education
Enhance students' math skills as a Lead Math Instructor  seek passionate educators who can inspire students to appreciate mathematics.

In this role, you will lead a team, deliver personalized math instruction, and engage with students from K-12. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing learning progress and maintaining communication with parents, all while applying the effective Mathnasium Method in a collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor team members in instructional practices

• Track students’ progress and learning outcomes

• Keep parents informed about their children’s development

• Teach using Mathnasium’s methodologies in various settings

• Foster a secure and professional educational environment

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for math and pedagogy

• Competency in math subjects at least through Algebra I

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Adapting quickly and effectively to training

• Skill in balancing teaching and leadership responsibilities
