Position: Paid Coach Role at Forge
Become a Paid Coach with Forge, driving group training sessions that emphasize connection and accountability. Lead adults twice a week, shaping their fitness journeys over 8 to 12 weeks.

Forge is on the lookout for an experienced coach passionate about group dynamics and strength training. You will be responsible for designing fitness programs, ensuring that sessions resonate with the group's levels and goals. Your presence is vital in creating a high-energy environment where participants feel inspired and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging group training sessions bi-weekly

• Develop tailored training sessions that meet cohort goals

• Enhance participant experience through consistent engagement

• Collaborate with Forge to monitor group progress

• Create a welcoming and motivating atmosphere

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of coaching or training experience

• Experience in leading small training groups

• Strong background in strength or hybrid training

• Personal training certification advantageous but not required

• Access to a training facility is beneficial
