Your Role in a Nutshell Customer Success Manager – TPS (5 days onsite in Downtown, Toronto)
You’ll manage digital marketing strategies for Dr. Mulholland’s clinic in downtown Toronto, focusing on PPC campaigns, brand visibility, and patient engagement. This role demands hands‑on expertise in PPC, Google Ads, and digital marketing for the healthcare or clinic sector.
Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital advertising & PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads to attract new clients and maximize ROI.
Optimize keywords, write ad copy, adjust bids, and track performance.
Use data insights to measure and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with clinic management to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Build brand awareness through targeted campaigns.
Manage ad budgets to ensure cost‑effective spending and meet KPIs.
Work closely with Dr. M and the clinic team to report progress and refine strategies.
What You Offer 5+ years of experience in PPC and campaign analytics.
Background in healthcare, med spa, or related fields.
Expertise in Google Ads campaign management, keyword research, and A/B testing.
Analytical skills to leverage data for strategy optimization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience managing ad budgets for optimal ROI.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Nice To Have
Experience with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot.
Advanced analytics knowledge (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
Experience marketing for aesthetic clinics.
Project management skills for multi‑channel initiatives.
