Position: Training Development Specialist Metro Supply Chain
Become a vital part of Metro Supply Chain as a Training and Development Specialist on a 6-month contract. Design and deliver impactful learning solutions that enhance employee performance.

In this hands-on role, you will blend facilitation and instructional design, working closely with business leaders to create effective training experiences. Your tasks will include developing engaging learning content for various platforms and facilitating sessions for employees at different levels to ensure their continuous development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging learning content for all formats

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions effectively

• Conduct training needs analyses with business leaders

• Apply adult learning principles to all solutions

• Manage learning projects from concept through evaluation

Requirements:

• 3–7 years in training or instructional design

• Proven ability in delivering eLearning and instructor-led content

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills

• Familiarity with tools like Articulate and LMS platforms

• Excellent content design and writing skills
