Your responsibilities include planning UTM Orientation, collaborating with faculty, and promoting student involvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events to support new students

• Coordinate logistics with various stakeholders

• Foster relationships within the university and community

• Evaluate and analyze event outcomes for future improvements

• Train student staff and leaders to aid in programming

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

• Minimum three years in event planning experience

• Skilled in organizing student-focused activities

• Strong communication, leadership, and administrative skills

• Experience with anti-oppression and equity practices
