In this position, you will harness 3–5 years of facilitation expertise to foster an engaging learning atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include designing training programs, delivering sessions, and adapting content to meet varied participant needs. You will play a crucial role in enhancing training effectiveness by integrating feedback and collaborating with teams to continually improve educational content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver inclusive training experiences in person and virtually

• Adapt techniques for different learning audiences

• Assist in the design of learning programs

• Collaborate with partners to enhance program delivery

• Manage communications regarding training logistics

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of workshop facilitation experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Willing to travel across Canada as needed

• Background in Learning & Development preferred

• Prior experience in instructional design is beneficial
