Clutch is hiring a Training and Development Coordinator to create and scale effective training programs across its operations. This role focuses on establishing repeatable training frameworks while collaborating with teams in operations, quality, and HR. Your contribution will ensure training consistency and foster continuous improvement in learning experiences across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive training programs for the organization

• Develop frameworks for effective training delivery by leaders

• Support onboarding and ongoing skills development initiatives

• Assist in creating Train-the-Trainer materials and evaluation tools

• Manage training content and ensure its up-to-date relevance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience

• 3–7+ years in Learning & Development or related fields

• Ability to design and implement scalable training methods

• Strong skills in instructional design and content production

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and training compliance
