This role centers on developing scalable training programs and the Train-the-Trainer approach, ensuring alignment across various locations. You'll partner with essential teams and apply your knowledge of learning management systems to enhance employee onboarding and skills development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design training programs that can be deployed organization-wide

• Implement Train-the-Trainer programs with guides and tools

• Collaborate with operations to define training deployment

• Coach trainers for consistent delivery and engagement

• Maintain and enhance training materials based on feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

• 3–7+ years of experience in workforce development

• Expertise in instructional design and training delivery

• Familiarity with LMS and blended learning

• Ability to travel for training support
