Finish as a Volunteer Mentor for the Running & Reading Club in Mississauga. Dedicate just a couple of hours weekly to help children thrive in literacy and fitness.

This rewarding on-site opportunity allows you to support students in grades 1-6 as they engage in literacy activities while staying active. You'll lead fun fitness sessions, read with kids one-on-one, offer healthy snacks, and facilitate engaging educational games. No specific running ability is necessary; all you need is enthusiasm for making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage children in enjoyable fitness activities

• Conduct one-on-one reading sessions with students

• Serve healthy snacks during club hours

• Support and lead fun literacy games and activities

Requirements:

• Must undergo a background or police check

• Commitment to volunteering code of conduct

• Minimum age of 16 years

• Willingness to travel to the club location
