About the School
Kaban Montessori School is a beautiful CCMA‑accredited school located in Mississauga, ON. Opened in 2002, we serve students ranging in age from infants through Grade 6. Our staff work cooperatively with the administration in a supportive, caring environment that includes a positive parent community and well‑established classrooms. Responsibilities
Casa Guides are integral members of our team, working collaboratively with staff, parents, and administration to support children’s learning and development. They are expected to create a nurturing environment, provide guidance, and inspire children through engaging, Montessori‑aligned activities. Students, parents, and staff expect high standards of professionalism, initiative, and teamwork.

Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates must possess a Casa diploma from a MACTE or AMI accredited institution, a bachelor’s degree, and teaching experience is preferred. Desired skills include strong interpersonal and communication abilities, a genuine love of children, teamwork, initiative, and enthusiasm. Applicants should be organized, self‑motivated, and able to communicate effectively with parents both orally and in writing.

Prior experience in a Montessori or early childhood setting is an asset

Infant/Child First Aid & CPR certification required

Criminal Reference / Vulnerable Sector Check required

Up to date immunizations required
