Childventures Team Mentor Position

Enhance the learning journey as a Team Mentor at Childventures Early Learning Academy. Guide educators in delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences for young children.

This on-site position involves mentoring staff and modeling best practices aligned with CCEYA standards. As a key leader, you will support curriculum knowledge, ensure program compliance, and promote emotional well-being across classrooms, creating a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach educators in effective classroom management techniques

• Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback

• Maintain compliance with health and operational standards

• Guide staff in proper child documentation practices

• Foster a culture of inclusivity and awareness in learning environments

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education

• Current registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE)

• At least 5 years of experience in early childhood education

• Knowledge of CCEYA and strong leadership skills

• Valid Food Handler Certification is preferred
