Cabinetry Instructor

Position: CIMT College Cabinetry Instructor Role
CIMT College is looking for a skilled Cabinetry Instructor dedicated to teaching future professionals in a dynamic, hands-on learning environment. Drive student success through effective instruction.

As part of the Cabinetry and Furniture Technician program, you will uphold CIMT College's standards while instructing students using provided materials. You will be responsible for delivering curriculum effectively, addressing individual student needs, and creating a professional classroom experience. Ongoing assessment of student progress will enhance their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-approved presentations and lessons to students

• Mark assignments and provide timely feedback

• Maintain clean and orderly classroom conditions

• Act on student feedback to improve instructional quality

• Collaborate with admissions for prospective student inquiries

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in cabinetry or teaching

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Commitment to teaching in Mississauga campus
