Guitar Instructor

Position: Guitar Instructor Role
Become a Guitar Instructor at Ontario's Professional School of Music & Arts in Mississauga. This part-time position offers the chance to teach school-aged children in person and cultivate a love for music.

The ideal candidate will engage students with effective guitar lessons and inspire them to excel. Candidates with RCM certification or equivalent, alongside teaching experience, will find this role rewarding. Creating a positive learning atmosphere is essential to help students reach their musical potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach guitar lessons to students of different skill levels

• Design engaging lesson plans for children

• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback

• Create a supportive and motivating learning environment

• Effectively manage lesson time and classroom activities

Requirements:

• RCM Certified or an equivalent qualification preferred

• Previous teaching experience is an asset

• Strong ability to communicate with young learners

• Passion for music and teaching

• Availability for part-time classes in person
