In this full-time role, you report to the Director, Communications, Capacity Building & KTE, and spearhead educational program development for Ontario’s HIV service landscape. Your work will bridge knowledge gaps and promote effective training and resources for various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and evaluate educational courses and events
• Create diverse training materials using adult learning principles
• Lead workshops and presentations for community members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance educational offerings
• Gather feedback to ensure effective learning outcomes
Requirements:
• Degree in a related field or relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years in educational program development
• Familiarity with online learning platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Drive impactful capacity building initiatives and educational advancement for Ontario’s HIV service sector with OHTN.
