Position: Lead Knowledge Transfer and Education Development
Join Ontario HIV Treatment Network as a Lead focusing on educational program development in a hybrid work model. Drive evidence-based HIV training initiatives for service providers.

Reporting to the Director, this full-time position emphasizes developing comprehensive educational resources and facilitating engaging workshops. You will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to enhance HIV service provision in Ontario. Your efforts will ensure meaningful engagement and knowledge sharing within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and evaluate educational content and events

• Facilitate interactive learning sessions and workshops

• Work with community and clinical partners for co-design

• Monitor educational program effectiveness and feedback

• Support promotional efforts of educational initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• At least 5 years in adult curriculum development

• Proficient in virtual and online learning methods

• Strong communication and writing skills

• Experience working with diverse educational audiences
