As part of the Robert Gillespie Academic Skills Centre (RGASC), the Senior Educational Developer focuses on supporting instructors while promoting best practices in teaching and curriculum design. Engage in meaningful discussions about pedagogical theories and collaborate with faculty to implement innovative instructional strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of instructional programming

• Advise on effective curriculum delivery strategies

• Conduct workshops and seminars for faculty

• Evaluate and report on learning outcomes

• Build collaborative networks for educational enhancement

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Education (PhD preferred)

• 5+ years in educational development

• Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies

• Expertise in curriculum planning and facilitation

• Outstanding communication and organizational capabilities
