Position: Recreation Supervisor for Summer Camp Program )
Become a vital leader at Dixie Bloor Neighbourhood Centre as the Summer Camp Recreation Supervisor. This role emphasizes creating engaging experiences for children aged 6 to 12 from June 29 to August 21. In this position, you will play a key role in mentoring staff and overseeing the daily camp operations.

Key Responsibilities   Develop and evaluate engaging camp activities
Provide coaching and constructive feedback to staff
Conduct daily meetings to prepare for programming
Encourage youth leadership and teamwork opportunities
Maintain safety and organization of camp facilities
Requirements   In progress or completed post-secondary education
2+ years of experience working with children
Knowledge of youth development principles
Excellent communication skills; bilingual preferred
Solid leadership abilities and collaboration skills
